A Thriving Church For Every People

We are missionaries with an organization called Ethnos360! Right now, in more than 6,000 people groups around the world, there is no church, nor is there any work being done to establish a church. These are the people Ethnos360 works with. They are a part of what is commonly known as unreached people groups.  Ethnos360 is all about reaching these unreached! They seek to translate the Scriptures into tribal languages, with the end goal of planting mature, self-sustaining churches among all people groups.

Ethnos360 functions as an equipping agency, who assists the ministries of local churches in training and mobilizing missionaries to plant indigenous churches amongst the unreached. They do so through a training program run and led by supported missionaries. Every Ethnos360 missionary is required to have at least two years of Bible education, and so most begin at the Ethnos360 Bible Institute in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is where we get to serve God next!

The purpose of Ethnos360 Bible Institute is to establish believers in the foundational truths of the Bible with an emphasis on church planting among unreached people groups. Ultimately, they are about three things: the Bible, missions, and discipleship.

Our family has the privilege of serving at the Bible Institute starting in the Fall of 2022! Evan and Chelsey will be serving in the Student Life Department, focusing on the discipleship side of the training. Evan will be a Single Men’s Dean, getting the opportunity to be in discipleship relationships with young men as they learn how to apply biblical truths to their lives. Chelsey will also have many opportunities to get to know and have discipleship relationships with young ladies as she serves in the Cafe in the school’s building, and in childcare! Roman will be growing up surrounded by young people learning, loving, and growing in their relationships with God!

We’ve officially finished the training program with Ethnos360 in the Spring of 2021, and are living in our hometown of Manchester, Connecticut raising support! To get become a part of our ministry team or get involved, click below!

More About Unreached People Groups

Unreached people groups’ cultures, locations and languages have kept them isolated from hearing and understanding the gospel message. In order to be able to reach them, missionaries must live among these people long enough to fully understand their culture and language before communicating the story of Jesus in a way that they can fully understand.

Most unreached people groups have no concept of the God of the Bible. So once the Bible is translated into their language, Bible teaching begins at the same place God began with His chosen people: at the beginning. Chronological Bible teaching presents a foundation for understanding Jesus’ death and resurrection.

All this is done in obedience to the Great Comission (Matthew 28:19), to make disciples of all nations. Missionaries with Ethnos360 stay with the people until a mature church is planted, long-term discipleship occurs, and Christian tribal people can begin discipling and evangelizing others from their tribe and nation.
